Joey was back in town last night with his and Kristian’s Klaus Nomi-inspired show, in honour of what would have been Nomi’s 70th birthday.
Faces familiar and new at the Apple Cart Cabaret stage, presented by Lisa (Rude Grrl) Lee. Shame about the rain, but the performances (including Dickie Beau’s take on Kenneth Williams (above)) shone regardless.

I’ve been shooting Nando’s development of his performance piece Sissy — part of his practice-based PhD at the Central School of Speech and Drama — over the past year.
